In-Call Controls
Both agents and customers control video and audio. Agents have additional capabilities including screen sharing, hold, request assistance, snapshots, recording, background blur, and file sharing. Customers can also adjust view modes.
Snapshot & Annotation
Agents can save an image of the visitor's video stream during an interaction. Agents can also add notes and pointers on a saved snapshot.
Virtual Background
Upload and select a virtual background. Agent in-call functionality includes blurring the background. Native virtual background support relies on third-party providers.
3-Way Calling / Request Assistance
Add an additional agent to the video call to bring in experts for complex issues.
Extended Functionality
